Damar Hamlin remains in critical condition at the hospital after collapsing on the field during his team’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals and requiring CPR and defibrillator treatment.

According to ABC, after the event, his family, who were in the crowd watching, came down from the stands to be by his side on the field. He got attention, his teammates rallied him as well.

After a while with the doctors, an ambulance arrives to take Damar’s mother to the hospital. Bills coach Sean McDermott, quarterback Josh Allen and wide receiver Stefon Diggs all appeared tearful as they awaited updates on the player’s fall.

Before the coaches and referees decided to call a timeout, the team gathered on the field and prepared to temporarily resume play. The field is then cleared by the players.
